CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
- Must have a minimum of B.Sc. Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and MBA. Must be COREN registered.
- Must have a minimum of 15 years leadership and management experience.
- Proven entrepreneurial skills, project development, contract negotiations, cost management, vendors’ management and effective communication.
- Develop and manage an efficient organizational structure.
- Must demonstrate ability to plan and direct all aspects of an organization’s operational policies, objectives and initiatives.
- Must demonstrate expertise in a variety of areas including budget, cost control, leadership, coaching, concepts, practices, and procedures.

PROJECT COST &MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING
- Must have a minimum of B.Sc. Degree in Accounting.
- Must be CIMA (England) and/or ACCA registered.
- Must have a minimum of 7-10 years in managing project costs using cost and management accounting principles and techniques.
- Must be familiar with the Nigerian tax code.
- Experience in developing and preparing conceptual budget and management of such budget.
- Experience in the pre-bid engineering services for EPC contracting such as review of bids, vendors documents, contract specification and compliance issues will be an added advantage.
